    What This Costs

Most relocation services ask you to book a call before they will tell you a number. Here are ours.

    How to read this

Every price below is what you pay us. Government fees are separate, passed through at cost, and itemised further down — we add nothing to them.

The first tier is the filing itself. The second adds the work of actually landing: the bank account, the licence, the healthcare, the first weeks. The third is the whole move, including the part that happens before you leave the United States. Other routes are quoted individually, further down.

    Immigration card, application in process$100.00
    Immigration card, visa approved$100.00

    How Payment Works

    1. 50%

      At signing

Covers the US-side work, which is the bulk of the hours and happens before anything reaches Panama.

    2. 30%

      At filing

When your application is submitted to immigration and the temporary card issues.

    3. 20%

      At cédula

When the card is in your hand.

The final payment sits behind the outcome. If we do not finish, we do not collect it.

    What Is Not Included

    • State apostille fees on your US documents
    • The FBI background check fee itself
    • Translation of US documents into Spanish
    • The medical examination in Panama
    • Flights, and your own accommodation while in Panama
    • Shipping costs for household goods
    • Property purchase or the Friendly Nations bank deposit

We will tell you what each of these is likely to run for your situation before you commit to anything.

    Quoted Individually

    Friendly Nations Visa
For working-age applicants from qualifying countries. It carries more moving parts than a Pensionado — a Panamanian corporation or qualifying property, plus a bank deposit — and it runs in two stages. We quote it on scope rather than publishing a rate we have not yet stood behind.
    Investment and qualified investor visas
Forestry, reforestation, and qualified investor routes vary too much in structure and work for a published rate. We quote them case by case.
    Private interest foundation
Formation, council and protector arrangements, bank account, and moving title into the foundation. Priced on scope.
    Property management
Short-term rental management, and standing property care for owners who do not rent. Priced per property.

    Not sure which one fits?

Thirty minutes on the phone and we will tell you honestly which route applies to your situation, and what it will actually cost you.
